Overview

The trainees will be able to create a reservation, check in the client at arrival, register the client, post any transactions during the stay of the client, do balance transfer, create a non-room account, settlement, balance transfer, check out a guest, print reports and do night-auditing.

Reservation: create an new reservation for individual, amend a reservation, establish booking status, cancellation, view an existing reservation, allocate a room, change of room, setup billing instruction and booking details, room move, extend a stay and cancellation a reservation.
Check in a reservation or no show, update the guest profile. Transaction on guest account: manual postings of telephone bills, extras, etc.
Exchange of foreign currency. Till transactions. Check out and settlement of guest account and city ledger, night auditing, OS Resto transfer to PMS and transfers to Accounting System, olap reports, statistical reports.
